No. My Internet Business's™ Affiliate Program is NOT Open
To Everyone. Unlike most affiliate programs out there, the My

Once you purchase a My Internet Business Package™ you
automatically become a member and you can participate in the
affiliate program.
But if you think about it, why wouldn't you join My Internet
Business™ if you plan to promote it? All you have to do is refer
3 - 5 people and you have paid for your package.
But most importantly, the best
affiliates are always customers first, so you'll probably make
MORE money in the long-run by being a member.

Why do you

Answer:
So there is something for everyone. There is a package to suit
virtually every ones budget. This also makes it easier for
affiliates to make a sale, because it will appeal to a much
wider audience.

Once I
purchase a package and become an affiliate, can I sell any of
the packages?
Answer:
Yes. Once you become an affiliate you can sell any package or
any of the other 55 or so Top Business Products and earn a
commission.

Can I upgrade
to a higher level package? For example if I purchase a Silver or
Gold My Internet Business Package™ can I upgrade to the Platinum
Package?

Yes. Once you become an affiliate you will receive instructions
in your download package about how you can upgrade to a higher

to a higher level package will there be an extra charge?

Yes. Effectively we have to redo all of the work we did on your
first website, so there has to be a small admin charge to cover
our costs. These are fully explained in your download
instructions. Obviously it is easier and less expensive if you
choose the right package in the first place.

annual payment?
Answer:
This business is like
a franchise in cyberspace, a (cyber franchise). but unlike paying $400,000.00 for a Wendy's
franchise, for a small annual fee you purchase your own Internet
business that has a world wide market.

Package and sell only 1 Platinum Package a year the minimum

access to or alterations the website.

Yes. Initially we will be sticking with the existing product
selection. However we have many more products that can be added
in the future. You will be contacted when new products are being
released to see if you want them added to your website. There
will be a small charge for this service.

How do
you track sales from affiliates?
Answer:
Every affiliate is provided an unique URL which contains the
affiliate's ID. The URL looks like this...
http://www.marketerschoice.com/app/aftrack.asp?afid=XXXX
where "xxxx" is a unique affiliate ID. When someone clicks on that URL, a
cookie is placed in the person's computer which identifies the
affiliate who had referred the person.
When the person
orders and pays for a My Internet Business™ Package or any of the other
Top Business Products (either then and there or after a few days,
weeks, months, or even years), the affiliate tracking software reads the cookie from
the person's computer, gets the referring affiliate's ID and
credits the affiliate for the sale.
We do what ever we can to
ensure that affiliates are credited for the sales that they
generate.

Suppose a person who has been originally referred to you by me
does not order immediately, but orders My Internet Business on a later
visit to your site. Will I still get credit for that order?
Answer:
Yes, you will. Our software use cookies to track the customers
who have been referred to us by affiliates. Whenever a customer
is sent to my site by you, a cookie is placed in his or her
computer to identify them as your customer. If they don't order
immediately, but makes a purchase later (even 3 years later), you will
get the commission for the order (even if they have come to my
site directly on the second visit instead of through your
affiliate URL) as long as they have not come to my site through
another affiliate's link during that period.

Answer: Yes, this is a two tier program.

Do I earn a commission when an affiliate who has been referred
to you by me makes a sale?
Answer:
Yes. You earn a commission of on anyone you recommend and you
also earn a
commission on the sales made by affiliates who have been
referred you. The amount of commission you earn will depend on
what package you purchased.

How much money can I expect to earn by promoting your
affiliate program?
Answer: It is difficult for me to give you a concrete
figure. A lot depends on what package you purchase and to what extent you are successful in
promoting My-Internet-Business™. The more work you put in, the
more you can expect to earn. It also depends on how much traffic
you can send to your site. The amount of traffic you can send to
your website will depend on how extensively you promote my-internet-business in your
website both online and offline.
I can't guarantee that you will make
any money, however, if you are willing to put in the hard
work that is necessary in order to be a successful affiliate,
you can expect a substantial increase in your current income
from your online business.
Question: How
often and when will I get paid?
Answer: All affiliate commission payments are made
through PayPal. The payment will be sent to you by the 10th day
of every month for the commission earned during the previous
month, as long as the total commission due to you is at least
USD $100. If the total commission due to you is less than USD $100, it
will be carried forward to the next month.
Adjustments will be
made to commission payments for any commissions paid where people who
have purchased through your links have
asked for refunds.

How do I track my commissions? Do you provide any online
statistics?
Answer: Yes. You will be able to track the number
of click-throughs and the number of sales generated and the
amount of commission earned in real time. Also, whenever you
generate a sale, or whenever an affiliate signs up under you, or
whenever an affiliate who has signed up under you generates a
sale, you will receive an email letting you know. Once you
become an affiliate you will be given details of how you can
login to your account to check your statistics.

Can
anyone become an affiliate?
Answer:
No. To become an affiliate you must fist purchase a My Internet
Business™. Once you own a My internet Business™ website, you are
automatically eligible to be enrolled in the My Internet
Business™ Affiliate Program.

Affiliates who use unsolicited email or spam to promote their website
or use any of the following activities will be immediately removed
from the Affiliate Program and their website will be immediately
remove from the Internet. Anyone terminated from the affiliate
program will forfeit all unpaid commissions and will lose the benefit of any
affiliates who have signed up under them.
Banned activities include... pornographic material, violence, illegal
activities such as software piracy, or discrimination based on
race, gender, religion, national origin, physical disability,
sexual orientation, or age.

Can anyone from any country sign up as an affiliate? Or

Answer: Yes, the affiliate program is open to residents
of all countries. However, all payments will be made through

Yes. Once you purchase a My Internet Business™ Package, you automatically
get a copy of the Top Business Products website. This website is
filled with at least 851 your affiliate links for both the products listed on

Question: Are there any minimum number of sales that I have to
generate in order to continue as an affiliate?

Can I take orders on your behalf, deduct my commissions
and then pay you the remaining amount?

No, unfortunately, you can't. You can't accept
orders on behalf of other customers - the customers must
directly order from our site. In order to ensure that we are
able to provide the kind of customer service that we are known
for, we need to be in control of every step of the ordering
process.

Can I
purchase a My Internet Business™ for my site through my
affiliate URL so that I get the commission for the order?
Answer:
No, unfortunately, you can't. The reason that I
don't allow this is that it is not fair to the affiliate who had
referred you to my site. If I had allowed this, the affiliate
who had referred you would earn a second tier commission,
whereas he/she deserves to earn the first tier commission.

Can I sign up for your affiliate program twice (the
second time as a sub-affiliate of myself) so that I get both
first tier and second tier commissions for every sale that I
generate for you?
Answer:
No, unfortunately, you can't. The reason that
this is not allowed is that it is not fair to the affiliate who had
referred you. If this was allowed, the affiliate
who had referred you would not earn the second tier
commission for any sale that you generate even though they
deserve to earn this commission.

How do
I promote your affiliate program?
Answer:
Once you sign up, you will
be provided with
ready-made banners, examples of emails, ads, brochures and sales
letters and re-printable articles you can use to promote your
website. You will also be provided with dozens of other tips
and strategies that you can use to promote your site.
There will be a forum where all
affiliates can discuss various marketing strategies. We are
currently upgrading training manual called "57 Ways to Promote
Your Website" both on and off line. You will
also be automatically subscribed to a free email courses and
autoresponders in which
you will be told how to promote your affiliate program.
We are also looking at introducing
weekly teleconferencing to assist affiliates.
Note that
by far the most effective way to promote my site is to
recommend my-internet-business™ to your customers, website
visitors, ezine subscribers and others who trust and respect

When you first purchase your My Internet Business website you
will be given full instructions on how to check you statistics
in a confirmation email. If you need help, contact support.

Once I have
purchased a My Internet Business™ and have been enrolled as an
affiliate, what happens if I change my email address or personal
details? Where
should I go to change my personal profile?
Answer:
When you first become an affiliate you
will receive a confirmation email and it will include a link where you
can check your stats and allow you to change your personal contact
details.

Can I get a Refund?
Answer:
Yes. There is a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you want a
refund within thirty days of purchasing one of the packages, you
need to contact administration. Anyone asking for a refund
within 30 days will forfeit any unpaid commissions earned during
that time. You will also lose any Affiliates that have signed up
under you.
There will also be a USD $200.00 admin
charge to cover the following:

paying for your domain name

hosting your website

setting up your website with your
affiliate links

uploading your website to the
Internet

testing and monitoring your
website
The admin charge will be subtracted from
the amount you paid and the balance will be paid to you by paypal.
Where a refund occurs the website will
be taken down from the Internet immediately. The domain name will
remain the property of Business Wise, Top Business Products and My
Internet Business as it has been registered for 12 months. Should
you wish to purchase the domain name you will need to contact
administration.
There will be no refunds after the first
30 days under any circumstances.
